Christmas eve

Oh Christmas tree, oh Christmas tree, oh how I do love Christmas.

Finally it was Christmas eve. It was time to go up to my family (my aunt and her boyfriend, and my 3 cousins). One of the biggest joys this day is the dinner. We call it PINNEKJØTT. It`s really salt meat with some mashed potato on the side. It sounds really simple, and it is, but it`s sooo good, and we only have it during christmas. And after a delicious meal, it`s time for presents. We give out one gift at a time, and everybody watch while one person open the gift. So it easily takes 3 hours to open all the gifts for 10 people. It was a lovely evening and we all got a lot of great gifts, but most important, we had a great company all together.
